On many occasions (to improve performance) I would be dealing with issues not seemingly related to a clients sport but that needed to be addressed for them to perform at their best in their respective sports – the same applies to weight loss.

So focussing on the obvious things, seemingly related to losing weight (as most other approaches do) often isn’t enough to effect lasting change. To do that you need to address all key factors contributing to the problem.
