I really appreciate the session the other night. I can’t tell you how much things have changed since Tuesday. Not just the food I choose to eat, but the way I can push myself in personal training and also the way I react to things at work.
On Wednesday morning I went to my usual shop to buy my Coke Zero and without even really thinking about it I walked past the coke and picked up a bottle of water. It was awesome – and no craving the Coke either.
I would like to have some more sessions with you – because I would really like to keep this momentum going.

“I wasn’t sure this was what i needed “Lose the fat in your head” but something kept drawing me back to this pamphlet on the gym wall.
After meeting with Craig after the first session it was like this dim lightbulb started to glow brighter!!
With my current mindset no wonder i was going around in circles with my weight loss up and down always feeling like crap, depressed and nothing in life to look forward to.

After my first appointment with Craig I had some shopping to do – when I got to the supermarket I went to where “my” goodies were shelved and I looked, and I stood there looking, but I didn’t want anything. I finished my shopping leaving with none of the ‘extras’ saving myself over $35!! I got in my car and thought, “I don’t believe this, not so soon, I’ve only had one appointment”, but it was happening, the “goody” trigger wasn’t working!
I’ve now had 4 or 5 appointments – it’s not just about food, other factors arise which surprised me. I have lost weight – without trying and without “dieting”. That’s not only what it’s all about though – Craig’s system is helping me get a better life for myself and most importantly, total well-being.

I wanted to be fitter, stronger and more motivated. I had two challenges: getting myself into activity second was getting past the first 10 minutes of any exercise. Craig began on a programme for me. At 175cms tall, I was 84 kgs, a size 16 with body fat of 29%. After three months I had lost 8kg. Just to update you with things… I hope I am not being a pain here but if you might recall I came to visit with you at your home with my husband and my big son. We then attended the intial seminar you ran at the Events Centre. Well we acted on your counsel from that seminar and this is what has happened.
1. My husband found an exercise programme for his diabetes and has just completed it and lost 15 kg with pedalling on a fixed cycle for 30 minutes twice a week. His insulin readings reduced drastically and he looks and feels so much better.
2. Our son is now a DJ working a Radio Raukawa 103.1 FM and has his own show…He is Cuzzy Matt and does the drive time & rangatahi show from 3pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
3. Our other son found work with computers and graphic design and is loving the experience and was fortunate to work on the Olympic printing of garments and was so thrilled to see the garments on the athletes at the Olympics and tried to tell us all about how they got made.
4. The other son really worked hard and made it into the Horowhenua College First X1V and has loved his whole year of Rugby this year.
5. Our 12 year old daughter has found talents that she is now wanting to pursue and had set her goals to achieve them.. all on her own. We think that this is just marvelous.
6. Me, I am working full time and this is a real priviledge for me.
If this is what we have done from just an initial 1 hour seminar. Mind you it has taken almost one year to achieve this. But what could we achieve from a 3 day seminar?

I managed to place 2nd at the 2003 ITU World Triathlon Championships in the 40 – 44 age group and 1st in the same age group at the 2004 New Zealand Ironman with an overall placing of 11th.

The level of performance of a tennis player is determined by tennis skills, and their tactical interpretation The effectiveness of the tactical interpretation is then influenced by achieving the best possible state of mind and attitudes for learning.
Pupils also need to understand and work towards developing the mental skills that will enable them to get the most out of each coaching session and the time in between sessions as well. Primarily this involves imaging and body awareness/sensitivity or feel.
Building these skills is also invaluable for mastering performance strategies and techniques later on.
